Earlier in my post on Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora, I mentioned I wanted to deviate from Colin’s favorite steaks to bring him somewhere different on his birthday. But once again, our fate with steaks never ends when my mum made reservations for a birthday dinner treat at Greenhouse Ritz-Carlton Hotel and as the title suggests, “YES, it’s steak night!” Instead of just classic steaks, we were surrounded by 11 hearty beef dishes prepared by Executive Chef Massimo Pasquarelli including a 36-hour Braised Beef Shank, Grade 5 Tomahawk Wagyu Beef and Wagyu Burgers a la minute. We were practically spoilt for choices given the variety of beef dishes and not let alone, there was also a wide variety of cold dishes, Indian cuisine, garnishes and desserts to go along for a hearty buffet meal.
